On Sunday Icelandic composer and audio-visual artist Kira Kira presents her new record “Feathermagnetik” in the series of UM:LAUT. Kira Kira is joined by Samuli Kosminen on custom-made percussion, trumpeter Eiríkur Orri Ólafsson and special guest Greg Cohen playing the double-bass – as well as by the Icelandic filmmaker Sara Gunnarsdóttir who provides the underlying visuals. To round out a special celebration of nordic sound and image Kira’s award-winning movie “Grandma Lo-Fi” will be screened before the concert. Tickets left! [Source]
